I heard a while back of a fuel pump for jerry cans and 200L drums that uses a compressor to presure the drum and push fuel out. Does this still work and where do you get them?

Its not a fuel pump, just physics. On a 200l drum you take off the bung and drill hole in it big enough to weld or bronze a tyre valve. When you put compressed air in, this forces the fuel up the hose into your fuel
tank.
Don't use the valve, just the fitting, so you can release the pressure as you need.
I have used one of them on a drum with one of those
hand pump jobbies. Saves bit of effort if you need to move all the fuel.

Forgot to mention that the pipe or hose you use for filling must be sealed and must reach the bottom of the drum.

This sounds alright but the drums are full, welding or braising a valve would be interesting. We get the drums full. I will look for the Tanami Pump.

It does say "take off the bung and drill a hole in it"

Try www.outbackin.com for details on the 200L drum pump and the 20L jerry can pump. Recommended price is $200. They often appear on ebay and you could pick one up for half that price.
