Can anyone tell me if they have a Garmin SP2610 and if so, are you happy/unhappy with it. Also, where have you used it in Oz.

Can any body tell me if they know of anywhere that can beat a price of $1349 inc GST and delivery australia wide.

I was going to buy one. Ended up with a NAVMAN icn 510.

Much better everything. Navman's maps are also bigger. Right at this moment, Garmin is bigger by a few%. NAVMAN has a new map release due at end of this month. Navman jumps ahead again.

NAVMAN's over seas maps are also cheaper. Just load onto card and globe trotting you go.

I use mine on street/ When bush i always have paper maps. The unit has pretty good maps and major bush tracks. It does have GPS co-od's. So i just use it for GPS readings to transfer onto the paper map.

Found either Jonny Appleseed GPS or Bias boating to be the best price, somewhere around the $1349 mark.

We went for the C 320 as SWMBO found it easier to use and preferred the 3D mapping

Hi cruiser my wife and i got a ST 2610 because we got sick and tyerd of arguing on trips away on wich way to go. best money we have ever spent no more problems the 2610 dose all the work for us just plane your trip plug it in and turn it on and if u miss a turn it will work out the next street to turn down to get u back on track as far as out back tracks go,s not to bad but u have to use comonsence as the 2610 i find is some times way of the mark but still worth the money . just make sure you get the latest soft ware with it called austraila v6 best of luck.
