No we mean the series threes and TD42's not the other ones that have the IFS front ends that fold under or collapse.

IFS Hilux and 4Runner recalled in Oz also

A fatigue crack may develop on the Steering Relay Rod. The crack may occur if the steering wheel is repeatedly turned under certain conditions where high steering effort is required.

When this recall was released in japan about a year ago, it stated that usa and Australia would not qualify as they dont do alot of tight parking and that this is what was causing the cracks. I did mention it here once as a bit of a joke how it was only for japan but can't find the original post now.
