Could do a 2in body lift. Was easy on my Rodeo the model before yours. All up cost was $150 which includes the $55 inspection fee (Qld).

Without spending mega bucks you won't get another 2in from your front suspension. That is if they even make those kits for the RAs yet.

What would you do about your gearing when you fit the 33s?

You'd need these to suit your vehicle if you wanted any more than 2in lift from the front suspension. They state 3in with these.

For the rear you would need to use longer shackles, do a spring over with the standard leaf packs or perhaps have some custom leaf packs made up.

I know I was just using them as an example. I haven't seen any to suit an RA yet but then I haven't really looked.
The control arms in the photo wouldn't suit a pre 2002 Rodeo either. As we have the 4 bolt ball joints. At least mine and the others I have seen do anyway.

I don't think you will be able to do much more than what you have done already done. The front end on the RA doesn't lend itself to lifting like the old model because of the change to rack and pinion steering. You prob better off getting some 32" rubber.
