Well, that was one of the theories put forth by Al.

It seems however, that one of us here on this very forum, has managed to crack wide open, the much misunderstood special theory of relativity. This in part, entails slowing down the actual speed of light.

If you look very closely at Member - JohnR (Vic)&Moses rig pic, it is quite evident that he has managed to conquer this great feat, but has forgotten to tell us all.

The reflection in the puddles from his lights is most definitely retarded. Either he has learnt the secret of altering the speed of light, or he has carefully aimed those weapon lights at the Aussat satellite hovering high above us, and it is the resultant time lagged reflection we are witnessing.

Either way, it's a winner.
