Hi, I'm looking to buy a new Crewman Dual Cab ute but I need a normal sized aloy tray to be fitted, does anyone know if this is this possible?
Normaly, the standard tray which comes with the ute is smaller than the tray on a single cab ute, can I legally put the single cab tray size on a dual cab?
Any info would be much appreciated.
Mo

Best ask the dealer/manufacturer, is there a chassis underneath/can the ute tub be removed?

Hey mo,
no you cant put a full size tray on a duel cab vehicle. The reason is
the overhang from the rear
wheels.

In WA the Legal overhang from centre of rear axle to end of tray is 60% of the wheelbase of the vehicle, but remember the more over hang the harder it is to use a towbar

you can but you need to extend the chassis and wheel base. don't know how much it'd cost, there's quite a few vehicles out there like that.
