What would be a good on road price for a new Cruiser GXL TD Auto ? Most recent build, not the pre-Aug 2005.
Thanks,

the rrp is no secret...its what you can get the dealer to sell it to you for.....
if a trade in is included look at the bottom line only.....
then we have fleet discounts and national fleet to contend with.....
shop around
know what the cost of optional extra's are and after settling on price ask and demand for as many as you can get...eg towbar, side window shields (full or slim) bull bar (aint much chnace but worth a try), spotties, etc etc etc.

Hi Nudenut
With no trade, $68000 seems to be about the best the local dealers will go to for one with no mods. Full on road cost.
I am jwondering if there has been another price rise or if the reduction in duty did not pass on.
Am wondering from others experience if this is the best they can offer?
Thanks again,
EV700

Nudenut
Just spotted your stored photo in the rig section. Nearly fell off my chair laughing.
A thought:
There is a certain Australian bowler you could flick her mob number to. He's been hooking up with some rough scrubbers in the Old Dart (and don't they bellow!) and he could do with a referral to a wholesome girl with good manners. Anything has gotta be better than the nanny goats he's been rounding up.

Rob
Thanks
I wonder if his was built 04 and compliance plated 05. I some of these were going for a good price with either a 'country' pack (bullbar and towbar).

Geoff
Thank you. I think there is an even later model "face lift 2' however I'm not sure of the model identification number.
Do you have any idea how much below the RRP a competitive dealer would go?
with thanks

Heard some good reports regarding their prices

For a cash, no-trade deal, you should be able to knock $5000 off the RRP.
Cheers

do mean to give myself a plug, but...
www.experiencedmotorvehiclebrokers.com.au
Toyota Dealers are great fun to anoy.
GXL didnt change much this time, headlights, grill, taillights, but are about to gain rear air cond and 17 inch alloys, price rises about 2500 to gain this stuff, I would go the previous version. Better value. $6
8000 you can do better...
