I have read in 4wd monthly an an ad for Infomedia Holden Service and Maintenance
Information cd. I have a jackaroo diesel and was wondering these cd's are worth getting. They would have to be cheaper than the paper manuals but more of a hassle to use out bush if no laptop is available.Has anyone used them

Steve,
I'd be interested! Firstly, because the paper manuals are over $400 each and are only available from Holden.
Also, carrying a laptop around isn't so unusual anymore. There is quite a few people who use them connected to GPS, etc. Just got to make sure a power supply is available on the vehicle.
You can also get them from www.helminc.com. This is a mob in the US, and they sell original Isuzu Trooper manuals and CDs ... but then again, the US doesn't get the diesel.
