100 series coil springs into a 80 series??

Hi all, just got a second hand 80 series which the coil springs are saged at the back. My mate just upgraded his springs on his 100 series and i was wondering if these old springs of his would fit my truck???????????? Thanks Deano

Aren't the 80 and 100 the same solid axle/diff housing front and rear i'm pretty sure they are.

Yep - but they might not be much better than what you have. Why did he upgrade? If they're no good for his then why do you want them - new one's ain't that dear.

I am going on holidays soon and will be buying a new set of springs/shocks in one hit. Just looking for a quick fix on the cheap for a couple of months. Does anyone know anything about the coil spacers that are to give you a 20mm lift???????
