I just brought 100-litres of Shell ULP and payed $100, $1 a litre everyone else at the servo couldn’t figure out why I was so happy, seeing as they were all paying 1.20 a litre.

Got a one off special discount, still expensive but still it’s the cheapest tank of fuel I will ever see again.

Hmmm, I think I might frame the reseat and in many years to come I can show the kids when we all think 1.50 a litre is cheap.

How much per litre do we pay for beer? Super, Lite, Premium, Imported, Exotic. Think about it boys and girls! What is more difficult to produce and deliver to the consumer at the point of sale, ULP or ULBeer? Lets start chatting the Govt about reducing beer excises! Rally round the flag lads. Stay safe!

Nice one Davoe!

Mind you the boys from 4WD Monthly might give it a shake. They don't seem to be able to go too far without the obligatory slab or two!

Cheers

The irony of all this is that we (well some silly people, anyway) are prepared to pay about the same amount for bottled water with a fancy label and not complain one iota.
cheers, Gerry

Can't drive 20ks on a litre of water.
Can't drink petrol when you're thirsty either.
Most who buy bottled water only buy a litre or two of water a day
Its a question of what you need and how much of it is required.
