Does anybody have an idea how to replace the seats in a HZ75 with bucket seats without getting a second morgage?

Look for some used seats out of a
grey import, silvia, or skyline etc..
tradingpost for used seats
ebay for used seats
Autobarn have the Monza seats for a couple a hunge each.. depends on what you want and expect
