That would be asking good $$. Probably worth it but it's at the top end.

If they are worth $600 new then they should be worth $400 s/h, as they don't ever wear out as far as I know.

A guy at BP solar told me some years ago that they lose up to 5% efficiency per year but this may have been in full time use

With or without regulator, ?? A new one round the $600 mark ,no reg ,so $400 would be good if with regulator.
