There I was, 8.28am last Saturday morning in the car
park of the Narre Warren/Fountain
Gate shopping centre.
Bunnings to the Left of Me
Superthief to the Right of Me
Autobahn dead in front.
Which one will it be boy!..
Oh! Let me sleep on it and I’ll give you an answer in the morning.
Autobahn got the nod, however it was 2 mins too early and the C H I T behind the door would not open it, so I crossed the road to Superthief. He was open and business was booming.
Bought a couple of packets of electrical terminals and low and behold there staring me in the face was a work
shop manual for the 75 series 1HZ.
One thing a bout that store, they have one of everything at exceptional cheap prices.
Crossed back to Autobahn, ah! now we were open. Made a couple of purchases there, walked out the door and there, no further than 20 metres away, luring me like fix for a druggie was that ‘dark green manly paradise’ – BUNNINGS.
Well enough said about that, no wonder SWMBO has a field day at my expense when ever I return from one of these forays.
AND
No! I am not going to be forthcoming as to what I was doing there so far from home at 8.28am on a Saturday morning.

We already know, Lucy. You were dreaming. You have described a veritable male paradise. Surely it cannot exist :)

All you needed was a Nissan dealership there too and paradise would have been complete :)

Lucy, we have to be more forgiving of these Trol owners as they have high feelings of inadequacey.
You were in a blokes
shop doing blokey things. No further information necessary.

My wife knows when I am sick, I don't visit a car
shop or a hardware
shop on the weekend, not once! True :-)

well! and that 4wd joint just around the corner (forgotten their name Truckster knows'em)
I've just bought a house in Narre Nth, I don't think the minister for finance has noticed all these joints so close to the new abode!!!

Hello Browny.
I only mentioned 3 of them as I didn't want withdrawl symptoms' setting in and be held responsible for a rash of MICA call outs. LOL
Also over the back by the Freeway is that monster plastics joint with all the different containers etc.
Its just too good to be true.

Your spot just sounds like Midland here in the West. SC one side HJ's across the road, 2
camping storeS, Bunnings one street up the road. Caryards, tyre shops, auto electricians.
Went into SC on Saturday to get the nephew a gift voucher for his 21st and walked out with an arm full of stuff I just had to have. LOL
It's nasty, dangerous stuff Saturday morning shopping when you've been let of the leash.
Dunc. LOL
