I've had a few opportunities to get cheap road grippers for the trailer.
Can these tyres be run on one peice rims, only seen them on splits.Asked a few tyre mobs and no-one has really said a straight yes or no as to whether they seal up ok.Try them and see basically.
Don't want to hunt down split rims, got enough stuff laying around.
Anyone done this with no probs?
Thanks Ian.

SOX,
I have tubeless SP Road Grippers on our c/trailer on older style Nissan Navara one piece rims. Have not had an ounce of trouble. Pressure seems to hold OK.

As tubes are real cheap about $16 or so figure that into the price and see how you go. Could be still a good deal as they are a good trailor tyre.
I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

If theRoad Grippers are 2nd hand and off split rims they will be tubed type and there is no reason why they can't be fitted with tubes onto one piece rims. They will not be able to be fitted tubeless.

They are not marked as tube only and i doubt there would be any problems running them tubeless. As 8 ply radials i would bet they are actually desighned to be run tubeless
