With leaf springs all round the ride will never be anything to Wright home about.

Bigger tyres running at slightly reduced pressure will help a-bit say 30-35psi instead of 40 just as a example, but then you will wear the tyres out faster.

Hi BAT
Please have alook at the tyres are they Radial 750 160 or cros plys you do not advise what the side walls are they could be 6 8 10 ply or equiv the high in ply rating will give a harsh ride
also if you have the vehicle tyres pump up to 50 lbs this will give a harsh ride also
do you carry any weight on the tray if it is no weight and the springs are leaf springs
inspect the springs to see if they have saged
now look if the large flat spring at the bottem near the axle has the others springs resting on this spring if it has you should have the springs Reset this should give you a much softer ride and with a lower pressure when you have a empty tray a softer ride on the new or old 75 series
