Hi, am considering fitting an ARB steel whinch compatable bar to my new pajero, and was looking for some feed back, good bad or ugly. Apparently TJM stopped making them, due to vibration problems associated with the monocoque body? Thanks Jason.

Never heard of that one, how are vibrations from a monocoque body any different to a full chassis when the bar is bolted to the chassis, the monocoque design may transfer more NVH to the cabin but how's that affect a bullbar, sounds like bull to me. I've got an alloy ECB myself but nothing wrong with the ARB one, plenty of people have them, they look quite good colour coded to your trim if it's silver.

Hi Brett, thanks for the feed back and I must admit I am a bit sceptical about the info I got about vibration probs, maybe the bloke just wanted me with an alloy. Thanks again Jason.

Hi Matt,
Thanks for the reply, looks like steel it is then. Fairly confident now, that the bar won't cause the car to fly to bit's mid track.
Thanks again Jason.
