I am looking for an (almost) full length lockable roof locker/shelf to fit my 80 series Landcruiser to carry a foldup
camp table. Can anyone advise a likely supplier or any suggestions on how I could build one? Many thanks in advance.

Why does it need to be enclosed? I havent seen any full length ones, but anything is possible. Maybe see a fiberglasser, like boat builder or someone like that
Or
Look into a full length Roof Rack... If its only a table and chairs going up there, then thats an option. You could get a full length canvas bag made up for it then.

The fibreglass options sounds like a good one. Will
check that out once everyone gets back to work.
I carry a tent, gas bottle and toobox on the roofrack. The table will fit there, but *underneath* everything else, and I was wanting to have easy access to it. Even though it does not sound like it, I try and carry as little as possible on the roofrack. But thanks, I had not thought of a fibreglass one. Have a great New Year ...

How about a fiberglass sail storage box off a small trailer size catamaran. You could probably pick one up second hand at a boat
chandler somewhere. Depends on size of table I guess if they might be suitable.
