Lookin for a new host for ours, the one we have now is dung. Not even the links off their webpage work.

Never get hold of them, nice of them to setup a MYSQL DB for us, but would be better if they gave us access and rights to it.. The phone always rings out, never anyone there.. ***** had enough.. tryin to get a secure logon section happening, and have it ready (thanks Morkz from OL) to go, just need MYSQL Dbase.. useless pricks.

Anyway, who hosts yours, and what do you get for the coin. Steve Roly 'scaling back' hosting now, so thats finished...

Lookin at this one that one member recommended
Doteasy.com.au -> $7.00 mth

1 Domain hosted
2500 MB space
100 E-mail aliases
10 Subdomain names
1 MYSQL database
5 ftp accounts
Multi-langual Control Panel
Free SSL (https)
Auto responders
Mailing list
Traffic stats
Custom error page 404
Web based file manager
40 GB transfer

Sounds good.. Almost too good...

Thanks

Most overseas (typically US) hosting will be cheap - but you also get what you pay for. If you see 40Gb transfer for99.95% uptime and hosting will cost US$10 for 1Gb/15Gb upto 2Gb/30Gb without major overselling of the server.

True Australian hosting will cost you $$$

Try Apexhost.com.au

I have been using them for 5 years. Excellent tech support. They are located at Carrum Down.

Cheers

Thanks Mr... That looks very appealing, although more than I got approved for.

Would go with their Business Plan if it was at closer to the Discount Plan Price :(

And they are only 15 mins from home :(
