seat?

I bought a bench
seat from an after market accesory place and had them install it . The
seat was a 3 person with retractable lap sash belts on the sides and lap only in the middle with provision for a baby harness . The
seat folds up against the front seats giving you almost as much room as just a 3 seater . They had to modify my front
seat by welding a little lever on it so you could slide it forward from
the bench seat . Otherwise it wont be complianced . I paid just over $1000. Not cheap but i wanted it done properly , quickly and complianced . There is probably cheaper options but i couldnt find them . If you put a bench
seat in how are you going to get to it . I have buckets in the front so my kids can go thru the front door and walk in between the 2 front buckets . Some people say get a 2
seat bucket and climb in from the back . This works ok until you want to load the back of the car up and you still have to go thru the front . If you have ever watched an adult trying to squeeze thru the front door and in between the 2 front seats to get into the back you know it can be either embarrasing or
well lets just say embarrasing .
