Hi all, after some decent suspension for a live axle 100 series. Thinking about 'Bluemax' shocks and springs and wanted to know if anyone has any experience with them? Been told I need the foam filled shocks, springs and steering damper, all up about $1100 fitted. Does this seem like a reasonable price or should I be considering a different brand (Koni, tough dog etc)? Mainly do hwy and sand with the odd venture over rocks/gravel. Any comments appreciated!

If you are near a major town/city, try the spring manufacturers/repairers in da yellow pages. I got rear springs, front shocks and a steering damper fitted on my GU patrol a fair bit cheaper than the 4X4 shops could do it for.

I'm in WA and went to Fremantle Spring Works. They fitted no-name stuff, but it works fine.

I've got Kings, Koni's and Polyairs on my 100 series. Couldn't be happier both on and off road, it's the ducks guts. Pay a little more and get the best available, it's not that much extra.
