Hi One and All I had a visit from a family member who drives a Brumby this is the second one he has had , many years ago during a conversation one person who seamed to know what he was talking about said that Subaroo had stoped importing them into Australia because of a safety issue can anbody confirm this or was this bloke full of crap , bit of a pity there not a bad little bus . Just one more thing I thought we lived in democracy which means we can own and drive what we like down with pea brain whats his name . Cheers from Roughneck

I used to have a Brumby. Tough as nails. Probably my favourite vehicle i ever owned. I know nothing about safety issues tho. (look at a mighty boy?)

Still see afew getting around. I never owned one, but always wanted one. I'd love to see Subaru resurect that concept now, based on the Forester XT platform...

Subaru have a ute ("pickup") in the US based on the Outback wagon. Butt ugly looking thing!
