Hi Steve.
Had a good run over the Simpson.
The prado had no dramas and idled up every dune on the WAA line and Qaa Line.
Will do the trip again in about 2007 but will skip
the rock and alice.
See ya next time you drop in or the rego is due.
Scott

Cruiser, I was wondering how your Simpson trip went. I was asking you about your
suspension set up before you left. Sounds like it was all good. BTW, I'm not sure who Steve is, but if I come across him I'll pass on your message.
Cheers,
Shnog

Sorry.
I got you mixed up with another person.
The Prado went
well. The Toyota shocks performed
well but could do with a little firmer setting in the front especially on the high speed dirt roads like
Oodnadatta track and Gunbarrell highway.
But it just meant for me to slow down.

Kingfisher Bay is the go if money is no object mate. Closest to where the barge comes over from River Heads so if you do go over from
Inskip Point you have a little bit of a drive to get there. The only bit of bitumen is around the resort and small settlements like
Eurong, and once away from these you are in the sand.

Also, if it is a special occasion and you want to take her to dinner, you'll find a decent restaurant at Kingfisher, there's not much else on Fraser in that dept, but you'll be in 5 Star all the way if you go to Kingfisher. She'll love it.
