Has anyone fitted the Load Plus Booster Springs which are advertised in the current Repco Catalogue.

No - but I used to use booster springs on my rally car 25 years ago when I could not afford to get new springs. Worked
well and I am in the market someday for some for the Troopy. Must get the latest Repco catalogue and see what they have, prices, etc.
You really need a constant load to make then work properly, other wise airbags will be our choise if the boosters do not work.

Hi Max,
Haven't any first-hand expericene but, in our caravan travelling, we've met several owners of jap one-tonners with slide-on camper bodies who swear by them. Apparently, (and this is again second-hand info at best), they can be set to have little effect when the truck is unloaded (i.e. the camper body removed), but take quite a bit of load and prevent sagging when the camper is on. But, bear in mind they're intended to help support heavy loads, not to give 'lift' to an unloaded ute.
Ian.
