Had a look at one at a recent caravan show. Build quality seemed to be quite good, much better than a Jayco Outback and a larger price as well. The independant suspension was interesting.

The only way you will be able to make an informed decision about build quality is to get up close an person with one. Swing off the cupboards, get underneath and check the under belly.

Hi gertie i have done around 20000 klms with it around 90% on road in the last three years and its been very good, i looked at a lot of other makes that were in the same price bracket and in my opinion the royal flair was built a lot stronger then the others and especialy one well known make. The dealer i bought mine of told me to hang of the cupboard to test how strong they were and in van he had in the yard they didnt move i tryed that in the well known make and ripped the cuboard of the wall.Having said all that i did have one problem with mine it sits out in the weather all the time no carport yet and it leaked water thru one screw in the roof that hadnt sealed properly and had mold growing in a couple of the panels so i rang the factory they said to bring it down and they fixed it no problems and it was out of warranty also i wanted an extra small cupboard and they built that and put it in for nothing so im happy with mine and would buy another one.Hope that helps.
