More snake oil maybe???
I have several questions.
My car is turbo plus intercooler.
which side of the turbo do they recommend to put it?
In my mind, these things work better when air is under vacuum, not under presure.
Is this right?
Air under pressure is not effected as much by bends in pipes etc, it's just like electricity.
But air under vacuum is much more vulnerable to bends in pipes, riples in pipes, bits sticking out etc:
Am I right here?

muzzgit Hi
"Air under pressure is not effected as much by bends in pipes etc"
Wrong
Any pressure drop is a waste and cannot be used to again
both in + or - gauge pressure. as I understand it
In "electricity" voltage drop (ie pressure) is the same

You know the 3.00 Nissan TDI in the GU has a swirl control vale. The function is to make the air charge swirl to improve combustion!

Vacuum..Max which is really min? Bring me up to speed guys..If air pressure is 14.7psi at sea level (does that change when all the oceans rise-global warming? ) and we remove that 14.7psi we have a vacuum, rite? But,is this the maximum vacuum possible as we no longer have that column of air,all the way to the iononsphere or whatever is up there.(I've only been to 14,800ft out side of a plane,sky-diving and I guess 30g inside a pressurised one so have no practical experience) My teacher in the one man school would'nt even have know this..After I left school at 13yrs,he left the teaching profession (in actual fact, after giving us our work,he read Zane
Grey cowboy books) and became a "Bank Johnny"..So after all my usual rambling, the question me and possibly one other guy want to know is: Is it possible to create a stronger vacuun than the on created when we remove the 14.7psi..Like a giant "poultice" like used on boils etc..Mustard and something I think..Have fun ..RockyOne

Atmospheric pressure is deemed to be 14.7 psi (absolute) or 0 psi (Gauge) at sea level. A perfect vaccuum is 0 psi (absolute) or -14.7 psi (gauge). In theory, nothing exists in a perfect vaccuum, so that's as far as you can go.
Cheers
