I have a Series 4 GU Patrol and I am fiiting
driving Lights, A
UHF Radio and I am running a 8mm cable to the back for an Anderson Plug.
I was wondering if any one knew where is the best place to go through the firewall on the Patrol without damaging something on the other side?
Thank you in anticipation,
Cruiserboxer

Just have a look around in the engine bay> around the firewall for some rubber grommets that are blocking unused cable holes, There should be at lest one if you have an Auto transmission.

Do't go through any of the upper grommets, tey will ut you into the A/C fan.
Go through the big grommet around the A/C pipes on passenger side.

ehhem...fingers work!!!!!!!!!!
Don't go through any of the upper grommets on PAX side. They will put you into the A/C fan.

The strip of yellow plastic (the tongue) off the flooring sheets is pretty good for that sort of thing too Richard. Nearly everyone would have access to it too.
The large rubber grommet on the passenger side is easily reached from the inside behind the carpet or rubber flooring.
