Mauricio, I put Old man Emu springs, torsion bars and shockers on mine. Raised the car about 30mm, so no a great deal od lift due ti IFS. The ride improved 100% though.

If you are only after a lift, you should only need to change rear suspension components. ie. Springs and or Shocks depending on your requirements for suspensio and travel and the amount you are lifting it. The front end will be lift purley by preloading or "winding up" the stock torsion bars.

Its best to do it all at once.

Full OME set for my 99 was $1600 and its good, you will get 50mm on standard at rear and about 40mm (done on torsion bars) at front.

That was new rear leaf springs plus all bushes, shocks all round, and torsion bar lift to suit, all done at once by ARB

"Its best to do it all at once."

Ron, why??

$1600!? Sounds like a typical ARB rip off to me...

I put HD springs in my surf when I first got it as the rear springs were knackered. I drove it around to some amazing places with orig 10 year old shocks and tortion bars for over 2 years and have only now upgraded the rear shocks purley because I wanted more travel, they are are still find, no leaks and they were still firm. I'm still using the orig tortion bars and front shocks and the ride is very nice, even fully loaded.

If the rear end is Leaf, just get another leaf added to it, prob only cost you bout $80 and that'll stiffen and lift it, wind the front tortion bars, see how it goes for you, if you want to then just upgrade the shocks later, and do em yourself, they are a peice of bleep to change over, normally only 1 bolt top and bottom for each shock, it'll save you hundres.

I said 'best to' not essential to.

Personal choice, but if you can afford it and do it all at once then the components can all work together like they were designed to.

I'm not getting into the 'ARB argument' if you like it buy the gear, if not dont, again personal choice.
