Krislan,
I have an AGM battery in the back of 94 Landcruiser and the 110l Waeco is wired direct from this battery to unit.
My understanding is that for Waeco 110 to work properly the lead from battery to unit should only be no longer than the lead they supply (ie. dont use the lead which is longer and is used in smaller Waeco's). I bought a second lead for a 110l and had this fitted as a permanent fixture to battery.
Battery sits in a battery box which is firmly attached using bolt holes above the left hand rear wheel arch, ( where the third row
seat would normally be attached) . A friend made up a frame and it takes up no important room as it is off the floor.
Frame is a flat steel base, with legs attached to bolt holes.
When 240 v is available I simply use the Mobotronic with the normal lead.

Larger cable thickness, relevant to cable length, reduces voltage drop.
The further the battery is from the alternator the thicker the Aux battery cable has to be, and likewise the further the fridge is from the Aux battery the thicker the cable has to be also.
