I am Toyota through and through, but I still know what BS is.
Have a read, if only the first two lines.

that's not far from what i saw on the TV on sat or sun on the drive.com tv show . They pited a Defender up against a new Hilux. there where a couple of thing that made me laugh

1. there was a chick presenter (I don't think that all women can't drive) but this one did not even attempt to drive except on the flat surface of the grassed paddock and she was the one gining her opition at the end.

2. there was a small sandy hill that they where willing to put the defender up but then said that they did not want to do it with the hilux as "10 mins of assessment can save us hours of recovery in this case" The bloke (or chick) that was alocated to get the snactch strap out must have been 5ks away and on foot for it to have taken tat long. By the way looking at it on the TV i think that the hilux would have made just not as easily as the defender

3. the hilux's interior is dark and gloomy but not comment on the fact that the deender has F**k all in it at all, that must be what make it so warm and comforting.

there some others that i can not remeber (thank god) but i dont think that I would be useing the show or the web page for advice on buying 4x4

One last thing because i like to finish on a positive. I did notice when I looked at the web page that is listed above that there is something there that we would like to see happen in the mags, that is that section for the Jeep was correctly labled as a advertisement, so well done to the for that

Now, now Steve. I'm not bordering on the sensitive new age gramps yet:)

It seems a lot of the posts I've really enjoyed end up in the bit bucket lately. I'm beginning to think Truckster, Nudie and I are jinxed LOLOLOL
