The address listed is:-

The address on the paperwork for dissatified customers is:-

I have had it fitted for quite a few years now and the contacts may have changed.

Hi,
Quoting from the book for the diagnostic mode:
Your AP50 cruise control comes with a self
test mode. the round red LED on the
grey electronic module indicates al function inputs.
To enter diagnostic mode, turn the ignition switch on with the cruise control ON/OFF switch in the OFF position. Now hold the SET button down while turning the cruise control ON/OFF switch to ON.
Your cruise control is now in diagnostic mode. The red LED will light up showing correct connections in the following steps:
1. Depressing the SET key
2. Depressing the Resume key
3. Depressing the brake pedal
4. Driving on the road, the LED will flash ON/OFF once per second.
(I put the wagon up on stands to do this last
test)
Once in diagnostic mode, the actuator function can be checked. To do this, start the engine. Tap the SET button about 10-15 times. (you should hear the solenoid clicking in the servo) The revs should rise as the cruise control pull in. The revs should now be steady. Tapping the RES/DEC key will reduce the revs. Now tap the brake pedal, the revs should drop to idle.
To exit diagnostic mode, turn the cruise control ON/OFF switch to the OFF position.
Hope this helps. There is also a trouble shooting guide, too much to include here. If you want a scanned copy emailed, drop me a line on gezza90 at tpg dot com dot au
Good luck...
Gerry

Mine stopped working once too. The problem was the switch I had fitted to the clutch pedal, it had moved a little. Readjusting it made the unit fully operational again.
Check the brake and clutch switches ( if fitted) first, then see if all the magnets are still present on the tail shaft flange, lastly
check the vacuum hose connection and the attachment of the throttle cable actuator.
If it just stopped suddenly its most likely one of the above.
Good luck in finding the problem.

V8Troopie was wondering if you have any ideas where I can get the clutch switch from or if you have any ideas on how to make one myself?

Hi 944,
I've got a simple circuit that allows any 'common or garden variety' brake light switch to be used as a clutch switch.
Mine's been working for several years now on my AP60 - I'd imagine the AP50 would work the same in this regard.
Send me PM if you'd like the details.

I made the clutch switch using a microswitch with inbuilt lever. Usually avail from Jaycar, etc. I used a changeover switch so that the brake lights didn't operate when you pressed the clutch pedal, made up a bracket from some scrap plastic.
My AP50 stopped working recently, and I found it was the crimp connectors which connect the AP50 to the brake light wiring. Using the diagnostic facility helped a lot.
