I would love to have a copy also!
From memory it was a link to some USA site and how no one was killed is beyond me.
Wish I could help.

If it's the video of the car flying down the
rock face and then coming to a sudden stop then I may have a copy.
It's only about 900kb so I could try and email it to you.

I think that you may be referring to the "Lions Back" incident at Moab. Here's the link:

is that an officical 4wd location? whether it is or not, damn shame about the damage they are doing to that rock. IMO.

hehe... G'Day bushy :)
Yeah - That's Moab. It's pretty-much 4WD holy ground in the USA. It is loved by everyone because of the phenomenal traction the slickrock provides.
It's true though - if it were out here in Australia it'd be banned :(

serves him right for letting the wife drive... Remember seeing that on the news when it first happened... apparently she hit the wrong pedal and away she went!

Actually the boyfriend had just driven up and down the slope and asked his gf if she'd like to do the same. SHe did and on the way down lost the brakes you c an see the result. I have seen the whole vidoe some time ago and the three point turn at the top would be the highlight of the trip.

At any rate... it's a pretty harsh way to park your car.
