Hi,

I tend to get a lot of moisture in the air from my compressor. It's much better now I've put a small receiver under the tray but would like to get the rest out. Can anyone recommend a small water trap/filter I could use. Not after the large glass bowl style used in commerical air comps. There must be something around for our small, low flow compressors.

I have the same problem with my ARB pump. One thing I was worried about is does that water end up in the lines going to the air lockers? I was always a little concerned about this but never followed up, thanks for raising the point

There are small glass bowl traps available. I have one on my shed compressor ( twin piston, ex car air con compressor) the glass bowl is about 25mm diameter and about 50mm long. It has a drain valve on the bottom, no need to undo glass bowl for draining. I got it from a hydraulic/air gear supplier (Enzed) years ago, it should be still available. You'd have to get 3/8 BSP to hose barb adaptors to plumb it into the air line. It also has to be mounted vertical ( obviously).
