Unless you know for sure about the lack of gas & it is just not cooling, try turning it upside down for a little while. Then plug it in & see if it cools.

This fridge has to be on a level base to work propley it is a three way fridge 12 volt gas 240 volt
12 volt is only for holding the temp gas is for cooling down as with 240 volt if you are staying at a
camp spot for a few days gas works very
well
