I bought a Magellan Colortrak (similar to a Tracker) in the US about 6 years ago. I now find Magellan don't support it at all anymore (not even a reference to it anywhere on their US or Aussie sites). Have reported this to Magellan US but haven't got a response yet
Is there anyone out there that has found anywhere that supports them in anyway (the lastest firmware before it was discontinued, power-data cables etc)
Have searched the internet pretty widely and can't find anything useful

Use to have a Tracker for work - did job nicely...but it was a few years ago. Probably stating the obvious ..but have you tried Magellan Australia (Next Destination)? . My other obvious suggestion which is a sure fire way of solving you proplem is to sell it on ebay and buy a unit that is supported.

yes have previously sent an email to magellan (same email address used by both US & Aust sites). Aussie site though does have the manual, but nothing else .. US has site nothing at all

I have a colortrak and found the same drama your going through.
I gave up and still have it and still use it every trip.
I couldn't even get a dash mount for it so went to super cheap and bought a universal phone holder to use.
I still have the aux power cable for the car and a data cable to connect to my laptop.
I can't justiy the expense of a new one when this one does exactly what I want.
I don't use the laptop in the car anymore as the kids have got to big and I downsized the car so ran out of room real quick.
Didn't answer your question but can sympathise with you.
