In
Brisbane the Motorama Toyota dealer almost gives those wheels to the tyre company down the road when buyers opt to put on alloys. I have an RV prado and when i wanted the 16" GXL wheels i went to such a dealer and provided i bought tyres off him, which i had to, he gave them to me for $50 each. So maybe ask a friendly dealer what they do with their steel 16" wheels when people want alloys on.
