In the UK they refer to a 'reefer' as Marijuana. In the US they refer to a 'reefer' as a roll your own with tobacco leaf on the outside.

In the dictionary it refers to a 'reefer' as:
a jacket
a marijuana cigarette
a room or appliance for keeping food or other items cool
a refrigerator car, truck, trailer, or ship

Not what I would have called an Australian made portable fridge.

Yeh Ozi, the second example is what immediately comes to mind. I had no idea about a Reefer being a 'fridge' by actual definition. There you go, learn something new every day!
