Temp Carport

SuperCrap has them - I bought a full temp garage from Kmart about 10 months ago cost $150. I think the supercrap carport ones are about $120.

Try going direct to their web pages - portable carport is an alternative - why not just ring supercrap. They always seem to have them in stock.

Supercrap have them. Can get just a carport (no sides) or a fully enclosed one. Fully enclosed ones can be as low as $199.00 if on special. Needs to be erected in a very protected area, they do warn that it should not be used permanently. Mine lasted about a month before it blew to bits in a storm but my son's lasted a couple of years in a protected area. Note that the covering is quite light, poles reasonably solid but should have self tappers but through the joints and tie it down well, the supplied tie downs not good enough in my opinion. However for $199.00 you cannot expect too much, good value for a tempory shelter or one to be used in a very protected area.

Firstly,Merry Xmas to you and yours,l have the above mentioned carport... go without for a while save and get something that wont blow away,to pieces...in a mild blow, OK for a one night stand the choice is yours $$$.Thats me done

I agree with rest, they are not very solid. You could try something like I did a few years ago. I purchased one of those large fly screen tents. Cost about $99 from memory and has an internal metal pole, free standing frame. Throw away the fly screen material and throw a cheap or expensive tarp over it. You can then rope/peg the tarp to the ground.
Not an expensive set-up and much more secure. Mine was in place for about 4 months while I built the garage and was still in good nick when it came down.
Just a thought.

Tell me about it . My neighbour put one of the internal frame ones up between his house and mine.
Wind storm came and it ended up in my guttering and took out his electric wires and fascia.
SO. you must really tie it down. There are holes for pegs in the bottom of the legs but you MUST use bloody big long pegs hammered in on an angle . His had those button locks on the joins but rivets/screws would also be good.
The fabric faded in a few months but by that time the frame had been destroyed anyway!
