100 series horn

have a 98 100 series land cruiser and the wife got
home from shopping and 10 minutes later the horn comes on after opening the door and turning key nothing happens so i up the bonet and disconect the horn and pull out the horn fuse later i reconect every thing and its ok.has anybody else had this happen and hpw did you fix it. thanks dags
