Good luck to all our folk in the Pilbara and surrounding district. My brother is trying to sleep before the night shift on the ore rail, don't think there will be one. winds potentially up to 240 kph (!!) if it continues as it is. currently 170 kph which is the strongetst i have experienced (in Kununurra some years back.)

Ditto on the good luck, I've been watching and wondering how many forumites are in that area. (members & non, travelling & residents)

We'll be watching and thinking of you.

Yes , all the people who have been up there or know people up there are watching events unfold and keeping their fingers crossed for those in the path of the cyclone .
I am glad that "Stuck in Hedland" got out before Christmas .
Cheers ,
Willie .

bushfix,
Got youngest son working at Port Hedland. Went to work this morning and sent home at 0900 because of the rain. Best wishes to all over there in the area.
Cheers,
Bros.
Work is the curse of the down and out bludger.
