Hi I was looking for some good Quiet Camping Spots close to
the beach around
Robe. Can anyone help with some good camps. We have not been here before and are keen to find that ideal spot. Cheers Steven

As a 'local' of over 30 years, I can recommend a few spots in the
Little Dip Conservation Park. The Gums, Stoney Rise, Old Man Lake & Long Gully are all worth inspecting. The Stoney Rise
camp is very quiet & protected. These locations are favoured by 4wd-ers as they are adjacent to 4 x 4 access to the beaches, fisihng, driving etc.
It will also pay to call in at the tourist information spot on the foreshore (incorporated into the Library)just behind the Town Beach.
Alternatively there are three caravan parks. All have different attributes but the prettiest is Lakeside.
Please note that everything is close to
the beach in
Robe.
havre fun

Hi Bro
We stayed in the little dip NP lots of great spots. Got eaten by midggies (
Easter time)
We found the
ranger very helpfull when we called in to ask which camps were best.
in stead of one big area they seem to have divided off smaller areas to give some privacy.
It is still close enough to hear the waves pounding
the beach at night, we even had a wombat visit at night time.
Great spot you'll love it
