My son-in-law had his LHS wing mirror stolen from his FJ45 troopy recently. Can anyone please help with sourcing one? Our local Toyota place wants more than $230!
Cheers
Peter

Can he get a generic one to fit easily from supercrap. Unless it is a pretty fancy 45 I would be drilling some holes and putting something elso on for that price

The FJ45 mirrors are very cheap to replace. See them frequently on Ebay:

You may also find your local Don Kyatt outlet would have the same ones in stock.

Hey Peter
On my 45 series, tossed the L/C mirrors and replaced with rectangular 'truck' style mirror - damn sight better visibility - kept rear struts tight, but not excessively to allow movement for the odd unforseen narrow gaps between trees.

Some on eBay at the moment. Look at item 4602219114 otherwise go to a wrecker. Heaps... probably around $10 each!

Did they steal the mirror and the bracket or just the mirror?
I replaced the mirror section only on my brothers 45 a bit over one year ago. I walked into it when we were camping. It was dark and I was drunk. I hit it hard enough for me to break the glass with my chest. Anyway I contacted all the local wreckers and no one had any. However I was in Autobarn one day and they had a pile of the mirror parts so I bought one. He has since bought three more as they were so cheap as spares. They were between $10-20 each.
