15-30 degrees outside I have 2-3 green lights on the top bar for fridge operation. Turbo is for faster cooling as in placeing new/warm food/drink into the unit. Down where the power plugs is there is a swicth with low/med/high this is your 12volt battery cutoff, low is the batt will drained to a lower voltage, not sure of the spec. I run off a second batt so mines set to low. If running off the car batt have it set to med or high. There is also a emgerency swicth which will make the compressor run all the time, it bypasses the contol panel, it will act as a freezer under fault condition when activated.
