sunmap raster qld topographic maps on cd

hi i have purchased the sunmap raster cd roms which contain maps of south east queensland we have tried printing some parts of the maps but sadly they do not put a lattitude or longtitude on the map at all is their such a software or something that can do this at all any help most appreciated thanks

G'Day Philip. I am pretty sure that if you use them in Oziexplorer yuo can put whatever grin you want on them. never tried printingthem though. a quick check of the Oziexplorer Webpage should let you know. Cheers

you can certainly print your grids in Ozi, buy twhy you'd use lat/long for land based nav is beyond me ;-)

beyond me as well
UTM Universal Transverse Mercator is the go.
UTM is all metric and a hell of a lot easier to use than lat long

hi what we want to do is print part of a map and be able to have all the lattidue and longtiude lines available and the grid reference stuff so that we can print out the part of the map that we need and go bushwalking and not get lost ok so if this can be done can someone please help me and let me know how to do it thanks forum
