To be fair.........Kimball the boss from Johnny Appleseed just rang and apologized for the Metroguide hick up. He said he normally shows customers the software before they buy because it shows streets only and no natural bits. He cant refund the whole package which I can understand but he is giving me $33 back to make me feel better.( that buys a Bottle of Bundy)
It's good to see he cares, no I can concentrate being bleep ty with the Yankees only.

Been delighted with their service and advice for many years. I'd be surprised if others haven't had similar positive experiences with this company.

Can back that up, bought a Garmin C320 in which the battery died within 4 weeks. Sent me out a new one in its place

And another Ditto for JA GPS.. picked their brains for a couple of weeks about what to buy etc and then they were excelent.. good advice and even suggested a GPS which they didn't sell would be better for what I wanted.. (as it turns out bough t a different one from them anyway) but they were about making sure the customer got what they needed rather than making the mighty $
