Not too sure how the beds are set up, but what about a 'lee-cloth' like on a yacht?
Could be made of netting & clip it up when needed & just fold under the bed when not in use!

I made one of those for my CT.

Not to keep kids in but to stop , sleeping bags, doonas , slipping off.

Hi, When our kids were small we had a Jayswan and to keep them in I mad a removeable barrier out of dowel and 2 x1 1/2 pine. Droilled holes on a line in the pine and glued the dowel lengths in to make like one side of a cot. Secured it to the bottom of the bed slide in the corners at the bottom with small padbolts and the top Ican't recal how I secured it. Possibly 2 bits of flat aluminium going from the top back down to the rear corners of the bed slide I think it was.
Kept 'em in ok except one night there was a knock on the door and one of the kids has exited down the side of the bed due to me being too slack to fit the shock cords !

Got just the thing from Kmart that you are looking for. Its a plastic doohickey that folds flat when not in use, but has legs that slide under the mattress, the legs have two bars between then that are covered in a mesh material sort of stuff. They are a Safety 1st product, we used two side by side when our little one was a lot smaller. Send SWMBO down to the local store and tell her to start hunting...lol.

The latest Jaycos come complete with child restraints.

It is made up of some sort of shade cloth. the base of the restraint is screwed to the beds base the top has tubing holding the cloth straight with adjustable straps and clips to attach to the roof section of the camper. The restraint sits around 50cm tall give or take.

Hope the above makes sence :-)

Check one out at you local dealer or maybe one can be viewed on Jayco's web site ?

hi,
Yes we have had our eagle for two months and is new and we have a 20 month old, there is a small restraint made of a shade cloth material that clips up to roof with an aliuminium pole on the top edge. all i did was remove this and bought some shade cloth and sewed up a lager one so they can't climb over.can send pics if you want just give me your email.
