I read a lot of posts frering to 'Patol list' but when I try to access the site it goes to Yahoo but then nowhere i.e. error? has this site been taken doen or changed names?

Just checked and still works for me. You have to sign up with Yahoo and then click on the "join this group" bizzo. Enter your details and wait for the mediator to process it and then you'll be in.

I've sent an email to Adam to see if he's around and told him you're waiting.
The Patrol group only has one moderator and he's been sick lately.

i recently joined the patrol foum only took one day then unsubsribed a week later millions of emails is there a way to join without getting 1000000 emails a day lol

Check in the site I think its in "your profile" you can choose to
get emailed each post
or bulk email
or no email . With no email just look when you want to.

Yea do what i did, open a Yahoo email account for it, and just use it for the list mail. When you sign up you can ask for mails to come only Special Announcements, then
check the list from the homepage instead of emails. Its like a BBS(like here) then.
