2003 nissan patrol engine blew info

as I posted the other day I had problems with my engine on nissan patrol 2003
I went to the dealer today and saw my engine on a work bench, hole in the pistons 2 have holes one is cracked the area where the diesel heaters
are(dont know how you call the m in english) was cracked the engine was cracked.
still waiting for nissan to answer if they will replace my engine.
