Did a search on the collier range NP and came up with 2 results - neither had a reply
Has anyone been there? The only info I have found (havnt looked that hard) is that it is totally undeveloped with no attractions and no proper access in.
Which sounds a bit like the Goongarie NP (except for the access) which i think is a NP because it is on a Vegetation change area (Goldfields Woodlands and Northern Mulga/saltbush) rather than having outstanding natural attractions.
Was thinking of making it part of my next holiday but might leave it off if time is tight and there is nothing much there

Davoe,

There is an access road off the Ashburton Downs/Northern Highway road. The road actually goes to a station but passes through the NP. I seem to recall that there was a sign stating access to the NP. I was keen to have a look but due to the wet weather around I lost out on the discussion.

Hi Davoe,

I am surprised CALM provide such little information on it - you could try calling their head office and asking for the Ranger contact details.

They are sure to have some more detailed maps and from what I understand there are quite a few tracks in the park.

Ciao for now
Andrew

Guy in the 4wd club Is from Calm - Next time a meeting falls on my week off I will ask him. It would be out of his area but he should Know the best person to talk to. My only Info on it so far is from a Calm book wallks in the Pilbara. Seeing As I have got no first hand info from the Forum I am now Keen to have a bit of a look

Like you, i just found it said 'undeveloped' - didn't see any access roads or tracks, so we drove on past.
