Hi,
I've got a 2000 nissan patrol 4.2TD (GU). Can anyone tell me where the EGR is on it and what it looks like???

AFAIK they don't have one....these were only fitted when the series III came out (ie: the one with the factory intercooler)

Yep,it doesn't have one. I've got a jackaroo 3lt diesel that used to blow a cloud of smoke every gear change until I blanked off the EGR valve,now no more smoke and runs a little smoother as
well
