Is it necessary to fit an additional auto transmission cooler to a Prado V6 auto which is used to tow a caravan (Gross weight 1600kg.
If so, why ?

John,I drive a 96 Prado v6 116.000km I also tow a camping trailer from 850 to 1100kg Im yet to experience transmission over heating,we have been over very rough and sandy tracks without any problems
